Love is like a Butterfly

Uniko Studio stamps, Brushos

We're asking you to get inspiration from a song title for the Uniko August challenge.
I'm frequently reminded of the Dolly Parton song "Love Is Like A Butterfly" when I see butterflies.
It's a real "golden oldie" but a lovely one at that.
It was the title track for the 70s sitcom "Butterflies", another "golden oldie" !

What song have you got humming in your head then?!
Are you feeling inspired?
There are some lovely ideas from the rest of the DT over at the main Uniko blog HERE.
As usual, Bev has some great prizes.
So why not get creative and upload your creation?!

Have fun ;)

  1. Lovely butterfly. Looks just liked a stained glass window. I will have this tune in my head now for the rest of the day.! Hugs Mrs A.

  2. I've got Set It Off by Audio Slave in my head at the moment because I've just been listening to it in my car (parental guidance needed an all that)! Don't think I can make a card from it!

However, I LOVE your pretty butterfly card from the song you have in your head! Much more genteel and ladylike!

    Hugs, Sarn xxx

  3. Totally gorgeous colours and I remember that Butterflies sitcom really well - always glued to it and seem to recall a car parking dilema on the drive, which we actually re-enact at my house quite often!

  5. A really pretty and elegant card Lindsey for a perfectly elegant song and fun sitcom. I remember Butterflies too and certainly set a couple of actors onto a massive road to fame. x
