Crafty Creations have 'anything goes'.

The CAS Mix-up want stamping, die-cuts and another.

Plenty of mixed media going on with one of my faves, Brushos,

together with some heat embossing, irridescent Mica powder shine and

another of my favourite 'go-tos' - my stitched square dies.

Embossed Snowflakes

 

The Uniko challenge for June is a visual one.

Patriotic Birthday

 

 

SU only challenge has a summer celebrations theme and

Paper Players has a red, white and blue theme

(rather apt for this patriotic weekend in the UK).

Uniko studio has a masculine theme going.

 

Having a lazy Sunday afternoon after a lovely walk this morning with 8 other miniature schnauzer owners.

Even the rain failed to dampen the dogs' (and our) fun.

The tropical trend is very evident in the crafting world right now.

Bev has combined Bob the Toucan with some fun, graphical, modern-styled Hibiscus flowers.

This set pairs with the previously released Paradise Hummingbird set really well.

Lastly there is a lovely, mini complementary set called Paradise Leaves.

Designed with the idea of working with the Paradise set, it also is full,of possibilities to work on its own!

Uniko June Release - Sneak Peak Day

Over at Uniko, preparations for the June product release are well under way.

There are two new stamp sets, both with a tropical theme.

The second mini set being released this month follows the tropical theme and trend; it is a perfect add on set to the two aforementioned stamp sets.

Father's Day will be here before we know it.

 

Flaming June - I don't think so!

Just taken Alfie for a walk in my wellies and big thick coat.

He had a good run around at the park and has come home soaking wet!

Not that it was raining (surprisingly).

Alfie's little legs are only as long as the grass that's in need of a mow,

so his legs and belly get a good soaking whilst scampering around.

 

Off for a hot cup of tea.

England has many good points;

the weather definitely is not one of them.
