Happy Halloween

Stampin Up Owl Builder Punch, Wacky Wishes

PaperPlayers, CraftyCalendar and Crazy4Challenges have a Halloween theme and CraftyCreations want 'things with wings'.

Stampin Up Owl Builder Punch, Wacky Wishes

When is the Owl Builder Punch not an owl? ... When it makes a bat and a ghost! Clever heh!?

To make the bat wings, I punched a 1 3/8" circle, cut it in half and used the 1" circle to scallop the straight edge.

If you would like a go making one if these pouches it is incredibly easy.

  • Take a piece of A5 paper (decorate or emboss it if you wish).
  • Fold it in half width way, score and open back up.
  • Position the paper portrait style and mark the halfway point on the top and bottom edges.
  • Using the top halfway mark and the halfway fold mark on the left side, bring the top left corner down towards the centre.
  • Do the same for the other 3 corners.
  • Fold it all up into a pouch.
  • Holding the 2 overlapping sides together, punch a hold through both pieces (I used the circle Itty Bitty punch).
  • Do the same for the other side and secure the pouch closed with some ribbon.

Hope your weekend's going well!
