Halloween Wood

Stampin Up Evergreen, Halloween

Using this week's FreshlyMadeSketch. DynamicDuos wants orange, black & Halloween. LessIsMore wants trees. JustAddInk wants grunge. CraftyCreations, StampinForTheWeekend and MakeMyMonday want Halloween and last, but not least, StampingSensations wants creatures great and small!

I actually intended to make a Christmas card with grey and silver trees. However ... Plans went awry!

I started by stamping the central darker grey tree and then "stamped off" either side to get the wood effect with several tree silhouettes. However, thus done, it looked too sombre for a festive card so I did a U turn and went ghostly instead!

One week today and the ghosties, witches and ghouls will come a-knocking (for lots and lots of sweets where we live!!)

Friday tomorrow. Yippee

SU card: whisper white, Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
SU ink: Basic Black, Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie, Encore Silver
SU stamps: Evergreen, Gorgeous Grunge, Every Little Bit
