Valentine's Pouch

SU Confetti, Valentine
SweetStampinChallenge, LadybugCrafts and MyTimeToCraft have a love theme, Let'sCraft&Create has a CAS love theme the StampSpot wants to see hearts and TheCupboardTrilogy wants a sprinkling of red and romance.

You can make 2 of these pouches from a sheet of A4. If you want to have a go, I made them as follows:-
Cut the sheet of A4 in half lengthways to give 2 pieces 210 x 148mm. Take 1 piece & score lengthways at 4 3/4".

Turn the card over & score at 7 7/8"

Fold along the scored lines. Mark where halfway falls along the top edge.

Fold the bottom right corner up to the centre using the halfway mark to guide you.
Do the same with the left bottom corner.

It doesn't matter if they are not exactly the same (as my example shows!) as the fold over mini flap will hide this.  Stamp the card on both sides to your heart's content (no pun intended!)

Find something round (I used a ramekin dish) and draw the heart-shaped top edge as a cutting guide.

For those of you who live in the UK, I picked up a bag of 16 mini LoveHeart sweet packets in Poundland!
Hope your weekend's panning out nicely!

SU card: Whisper White, Regal Rose
SU ink: Regal Rose, Real Red
SU stamps: Confetti, Wacky Wishes, Affection Collection
SU punch: Decorative Label, Owl Builder
SU other: Simply Scored
